Please note that folioguide specializes exclusively in digital products. No physical items will be shipped to your postal address. All purchases made through our store are delivered electronically.

How You Will Receive Your Order

Once your payment is successfully processed, your digital files will be delivered in two ways:

1. Instant Download: A download link will be available immediately on the order confirmation page.

2. Email Delivery: You will receive an automated email containing the link(s) to download your purchased files.

Please ensure that you enter a valid and correct email address at checkout to guarantee successful delivery.

Delivery Time

Delivery of our digital products is instantaneous. The confirmation email with your download links is typically dispatched within minutes of a confirmed transaction.

Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your download email within 10-15 minutes of your purchase, please follow these steps:

• Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

• Verify that the email address you provided during checkout was correct.

• If you still cannot locate your files, please contact us at order@folioguide.store with your order number. We will verify your purchase and manually send you the access links as quickly as possible.
